　　2019年底首播的《庆余年》以悬念结尾。这部剧改编自猫腻的小说，编剧王倦早些时候透露，第二季的剧本正在准备中。近日，历经5年精心打磨的《庆余年2》终于迎来了播出。

　　On May 10, Joy of Life (Qing Yu Nian) Season 2 announced its booting ceremony, which has gotten the show trending number one on Weibo. And the best part is, everyone’s back for the new season!

　　5月10日，《庆余年》第二季开播仪式在微博上登顶。最棒的是，所有人都回归新一季了!

　　Joy of Life which premiered in late 2019 ended with a cliffhanger. Adapted from a novel by Mao Ni, there’s definitely more story to be told. Screenwriter Wang Juan had revealed early on that the script for season 2 was in preparation, but it’s literally taken over three years, not to mention a ton of rumours about main cast members not returning.

　　Joy of Life: Season 2 is a Chinese web series based on novel, Directed by Sun Hao and written by Wang Juan, starring Zhang Ruo Yun (Fan Xian), Li Qin Lin (Wan'er) and Chen Dao Ming.

　　《庆余年2》第二季是由孙皓导演，王倦编剧，张若昀(范贤)，李沁(婉儿)，陈道明主演的中国网络小说改编电视剧。

　　The full list of Joy of Life Season 2 cast members that have been announced include: Zhang Ruoyun, Li Qin, Chen Daoming, Wu Gang, Guo Qilin, Tian Yu, Li Xiaoran, Song Yi, Xin Zhilei, Gao Shuguang, Li Qiang, Yu Yang, Liu Duanduan, Zhang Haowei and Tong Mengshi.

　　It’s no wonder today’s announcement about the highly-anticipated sequel to Joy of Life has gotten fans over the moon that all 15 characters will still be played by the original cast because it couldn’t have been easy to get everyone onboard.
