剑桥KET语法：形容词最高级用法

　　形容词最高级主要用来表示三者及以上的比较，一般的结构是：“the +形容词最 高级+比较范围”。常用的最高级句型有：

　　1、the + 最高级+ in +地方

　　It's the most expensive bag in China.

　　这是中国最贵的包。

　　(注：这句话不能说成 It's the most expensive bag of China.)

　　2、the +序数词+最高级+ in + 地方

　　It's the longest river in China,but it is the third longest in the world.

　　这是中国最长的河，但是它是世界第三长的河流。

　　(注：前半句用的是“the+ 最高级+in+ 地方”的句型，后半句则是“the + 序数词+ 最高级+in+ 地方”的句型)

　　3、the +形容词/副词的最高级+ of + 所属范围

　　Some people think crows are the most intelligent of birds.

　　有些人认为乌鸦是所有鸟类中最聪明的鸟。

　　(注：这句话相当于是在the most intelligent 后面省略掉了one(bird),但是在实际应用 中常常会将这个代词省略)

　　4、最高级前面的定冠词 the 的用法

　　(1)形容词的最高级修饰名词，用在名词之前， 一般要加 the,如：

　　This is the most romantic film of all.

　　这是所有电影中最浪漫的一部。

　　(2)most 有时用在形容词前，并非表示最高级，而是“非常，很”的意思，相当于 very, 在这种情况下，most 前不用加定冠词 the, 如：

　　Chinese is a most difficult language.

　　汉语是一门非常难的语言。

　　( 注 ：most 相当于very，表示“非常”)
