剑桥KET语法：the 的用法

　　定冠词the与指示代词this和 that同源，有“那(这)个”的意思，特指某些人或物， 以便与其他人或物区分开来，但其指示性较弱。定冠词与名词连用时， 一般放在名词之前。

　　1、特指某(些)人或某(些)物

　　The man in red is my father.

　　那个穿红衣服的人是我的爸爸。

　　(注：特指人)

　　They are the treasures that I'm looking for.

　　它们是我正在寻找的宝藏。

　　(注：特指物)

　　2、特指谈话双方都明确的人或物

　　Here is the book.

　　这就是那本书。

　　Please close the door.

　　请关上门。

　　3、特指上文或之前提到过的人或物

　　I found a wallet on my way to my uncle's house.The wallet was full of money.

　　我在去叔叔家的路上捡到了一个钱包。那个钱包里装满了钱。

　　(注：人或物第一次出现时，用不定冠词a 或 an, 再次出现时用定冠词 the)

　　4、the + 形容词，表示一类人或物

　　We should try our best to save the wounded.

　　我们应该尽全力抢救伤员。

　　5、用于形容词的比较级或最高级前

　　She is the most beautiful girl in the class.

　　她是班上最漂亮的女生。

　　The bigger of the two bags is mine.

　　大一点的那个书包是我的。
